Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, zoom or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a clear focus outline and a link to skip straight to the content.
- Text and buttons meet the WCAG AA colour contrast levels.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
- Pages work when text is enlarged or zoomed to 200%, and on screens from small phones to large monitors.
- Images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The contact form has visible labels and clear error messages.
- Pages use headings and landmarks in a logical order, and the language is set to UK English.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the page animations are switched off.
We checked the site against WCAG 2.2 AA in October 2026, using automated tests and by hand with a keyboard, at different zoom levels and screen sizes.
Known limitations
We're not aware of any part of this website that doesn't meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you find one, please tell us.
Documents we send you, such as quotes and contracts, may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we'll provide the information in another format.
