How much does it cost?
Every price is bespoke, quoted per client and per service once we have seen the job. Construction sites are tendered for and priced per plot.

Are you accredited and insured?
Yes. We are a Constructionline Gold member, accredited under Once for All Health & Safety, and fully insured.
Do you work for housebuilders and main contractors?
Yes. We carry out builders cleans and sparkle cleans for housebuilders and main contractors, including Maxi Construction, Allanwater Homes, Avant Homes and Marshall Construction. Sites are tendered for and priced per plot.
Do you clean short term lets and holiday homes?
Yes. Our full-service changeovers clean and reset every room between guests, and laundry is available too.
Can you take on a one-off deep clean?
Yes. Deep cleaning and disinfection is available as a one-off or on a regular cycle.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes, wherever the job allows - and we will tell you plainly what we would use on your site.
